Getting Started
One of the things that sets VGK Law apart from other law firms is that we take the time to get to know you, listen to your concerns, understand your needs, and make a recommendation based on what best suits your family. Each time we interact, our goal is to move one step closer to completing your estate plan. We want to ensure that the process is easy and painless: we hold your hand through each step and by the end of it have a completed product to show for it.
Initial Meeting
The first step is an initial consultation to discuss your estate planning objectives in detail. The process begins by collecting information concerning your objectives, your family (if any), and the things you care about.

What to Bring?
To make the first meeting as productive as possible, please have financial statements available. We will also send you a short intake form after you book your appointment.
Follow-Up Meetings
Once you have provided me with all the information to complete your plan, I will send you drafts within a few weeks and schedule your signing meeting shortly thereafter.
Provided I have all the information I need, the total time from initial meeting to signing meeting is typically 6-10 weeks. If you are in a rush to complete your estate plan, please let me know immediately and I will work within your timeline to meet your needs .
